Job Description

We are looking for Experienced Candidate in Projects Execution for the post of HVAC Project Head

Good to have experience of handling the team, handling the site, coordinating with vendors & Contractors, Consulting with clients, organisation of man power, min 5+years must be experienced in execution of projects as per the approved plans & drawings

Must have knowledge about Chillers, AHUs, Ductable units, Package units, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

Project Initiation: Lead the planning of HVAC projects by defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring the availability of required materials, equipment, and personnel for the project.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables, and mitigate any risks that might cause delays.

2. Team Leadership and Coordination:

Team Management: Oversee and guide the project team, including HVAC engineers, technicians, and other supporting staff, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
Training and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems and project management.

3. Design and Implementation:

System Design: Oversee the design of HVAC systems based on project specifications and requirements, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with building codes and standards.
Installation Supervision: Manage the installation process, ensuring that the HVAC systems are installed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Quality Control: Implement a robust quality control system throughout the project to monitor system performance, installation quality, and adherence to industry standards.

4. Budget and Financial Management:

Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures stay within the allocated budget. Monitor and track project costs regularly to avoid cost overruns.
Financial Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project financial status, including forecasting future expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.

5. Client Relations and Communication:

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project progress, issues, and changes.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to address any concerns or changes in the project scope.

6. Risk Management:

Identify Risks: Assess potential risks that could impact project timelines, quality, or costs, and develop mitigation strategies.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Compliance: Ensure all HVAC systems are installed in compliance with local regulations, health, and safety codes.

7. Commissioning and Handover:

System Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and calibration of HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and meet the specified performance criteria.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and handed over to the client, including as-built drawings, system manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
Handover: Facilitate the handover of the project to the client or operational team, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meet the agreed-upon standards.
