Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Bluspring Limited for the parent Company of (Quess Crop Limited).
Wanted Technical Candidates in a Leading Integrated Facility Management Company,
Qualifications: ITI– (Wiremen, Electrician), Diploma– (EEE, ECE, MECH), BE – (EEE, ECE, MECH),
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (1 to 5 Year),
Role: HVAC Technician
Salary: 18500/- to 22000/- Take Salary with ESI, Insurance, EPF, Bonus.
Work Location: OMR, Thoraipakkam, Navalur, Pallavaram, GST Road, Chennai Airport, Chennai City, Tamil Nadu,
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation of HVAC Systems:
-
Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, motors, and wiring for air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute system installations accurately.

Install refrigerant lines, condensate drain lines, and electrical connections in compliance with safety and code standards.

Position and mount equipment such as air handlers, compressors, chillers, and duct systems.
2. Maintenance and Servicing:
-
Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent system failures.

Clean and replace filters, check and refill refrigerant levels, inspect belts and motors, and test controls.

Calibrate thermostats and adjust system settings for energy efficiency and comfort.

Conduct periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule and record maintenance logs.
3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:
-
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems using specialized tools and diagnostic devices.

Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, motors, coils, fans, or switches.

Handle refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and temperature regulation issues.

Respond to emergency breakdown calls and complete repairs in a timely manner.
4. System Testing and Commissioning:
-
Test HVAC systems after installation or repair to ensure they function properly and meet required specifications.

Check for air and refrigerant leaks, measure airflow and system pressure, and ensure the proper operation of thermostats and controllers.

Complete system commissioning reports and customer handovers.
5. Safety and Compliance:
-
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures during installation, maintenance, or service work.

Ensure HVAC systems are installed and maintained in compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required and work in a manner that protects self and others.

Safely handle refrigerants, gases, and chemicals in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
