Job Title: I.T Project Associate

Qualification: MBA graduates – Fresher or with a year of experience in a similar role.

Brief description :

Provide business process support across well- defined responsibilities in all areas of software development.
Facilitate meetings and preparing meeting summaries, identifying , documenting and following-up on them
Monitor and track I.T development activities across all aspects
Partner with Project Managers/Tech- Leads to identify efficiencies at all time, tracking status and ensuring timely delivery
Identify risks and come-up with options, follow escalation process
Resource Allocation Management
Creation of effective documents

Preferred Skills Required:

Understanding various processes and enforcing it across all teams
Planning skills and Time Management is a must
Ability to identify the problems and come up with options to solve them
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel tools is a must for reporting and analysis
Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (verbal & written)
