Job Description
Research Associate Agricultural Economics recruitment in IARI on contractual basis
Project: Improvement of Pigeon Pea for Plant type, pod borer resistance and moisture stress tolerance Indo Swiss - Collaboration in Biotechnology (ISCB)
Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Agricultural Economics/Economics/ Agricultural StatIstICS/ Statistics. Or Master's degree in Agricultural Economics/Agricultural Statistics with 4 years bachelor's degree Or Post - graduate degree in Basic Science (Economics/Statistics) with 3 years of Bachelor's degree and should have NET qualification with 2 years of work experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate-ship/ Training/other engagements.
Desirable: Knowledge of statistical packages like SAS, SPSS, STATA etc and econometrics will be preferred .

Pay Scale : Rs.36000
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years for men and 45 Years for women.
