Roles and Responsibilities
- To recruit the candidates from different portals and other professional networks.
- To make understand the J.D to the candidates and then selecting the candidates.
- To make the interviews scheduled.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Understanding the client requirements & coordination with the team & management
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good Command over English
