Job Description
Experience in various BPM versions like IBM BPM 7.5/8.5.6/8.5.7., BAW V18.0.0.2, V19.X
Excellent knowledge on Business Process Management Latest Library, Business Process
Model & Notations and Workflow patterns.
Define technical design, effort estimations, code, test, debug, and document solutions that are
required to full the project requirements
Drive Business Process Management (BPM) - process design/modelling, process
implementation, integration of technologies, performance tuning, improvements, and
maintenance
Must have skills in BPD and BPM coach development, Web Services integration,
implementing and working with REST API/services
Exposure to web services (WSDL or WADL), concepts and implementation.
Exposure to REST / Swagger / Open API, Messaging (JMS / Kafka)
Familiarity with techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction/harvesting
from existing legacy systems and their externalization
Estimates for any new enhancements or extensions, provide solutions for identifying gaps,
identify opportunities to improve systems and architecture by working with teams
Coordinate technical development activates, evaluate and report performance of the project
Provide technical direction and supervision to the team, review their deliverables, and keep
track of progress.
Ensure all issues or risks identified are resolved or mitigated
Rollout new system/component to production. Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance
Testing and obtain sign off
Hands-on experience in WAS & BAW administration and upgradation and migration.
Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management.
Strong Analytic Skills with Proficiency in debugging and Problem Solving.
