Desired Skills :
1) Must have work on Mediation Modules of IBM WebSphere Process Server. Components like Message Element Setter, Flow Order, XSLT Transformation, BO Mapper, Message Filter, Fault Handler, and Different Export & Imports.
2) Must have expreience on IBM BPM process designer, process center, process portal
3) Must be aware of SCA & Web-Service mode of Integration & BPEL.
4) Must have knowledge of Adapters of IBM WebSphere Process Server.
5) Should have worked on Wrapper Packages of WebSphere Process Server.
6) Should have knowledge of Core Java Fundamentals, MQ, JMS, SOA Fundamentals, Database Fundamentals.
7) Must have knowledge of Relationship & JNDI
8) Strong communication skills
Good to Have Skills:
1) Should have knowledge Integration of WebSphere Process Server to Oracle
2) Should have experience on WebService Security
3) Should have knowledge of User Roles & Groups in WebSphere
4) Should have knowledge of Logging & Tracing Component of Mediation Module
