Secretary cum Administrative Asst. recruitment in ICGEB, New Delhi
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Vocational or professional qualification, preferably in Secretarial Practice course from a reputed institute, is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in handling administrative/secretarial work, preferably in an
international organization.
Essentail Skills : Short hand, good typing skills and telephone etiquettes.! MS Office with proficiency in MS Word. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Proficiency in verbal and written English and drafting letters independently.Knowledge and skills of office management systems and procedures.
Knowledge in handling office documentation and confidential matters. Prioritizing workloads.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Performs other duties as assigned by the Management.
Remuneration: Annual gross salary will be Rs 420,000 to Rs 480,000
