Your Role and Responsibilities
Address customer issues promptly and accurately
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good understanding of IIB and DataPower architecture
- Experience in Installation and Administration of IIB and DataPower on various platforms
- Working Knowledge with IIB 10 and ACE 11
- Prior experience working with DataPower v7,v10
- Monitoring application and system logs to proactively find potential problems and take required action
- Configuration like ODBC, Configurable Services in IIB and DataPower
- Analysing logs and traces for troubleshooting complex issues
- Understanding of Best practices to be followed in IIB and DataPower
- Good understanding in implementing security in IIB and DataPower
- Good communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in IIB 9/10/ACE 11
- Extensive experience in IBM DataPower 7/10
- Worked in vast setups of IIB and DataPower
- Experience in troubleshooting IIB and Datapower issues.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in other WebSphere middleware technologies
- Knowledge in WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ etc.
- Demonstrable experience in handling large end user setups IT Industry
