Ph.D. Programme (in discipline)/ Qualification
Engineering : M.E./M Tech./MS or equivalent in Engineering with first division or equivalent
Technology : CGPA in CSE/IT/E&C /EE with specialisation in VLSI/Embedded Systems and with BTech. / BE with first division or equivalent CGPA in CSE/IT/E&C/EE or equivalent with qualified GATE score.
Engineering and Technology : Nano electronics, Devices & Circuits, VLSI System & Embedded Systems.
