Operations Intern

Job objective: Support the Operations Officer in all operations activities relating to the management of the center on a day-to-day basis. Specific tasks: Help Operations Officer build and manage the operations plan, managing stores and suppliers, space and utilities. Build web portal for mentors. Inventory of equipment. Event support.

Qualifications: Required a first class Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. Desirable experience in facilities management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office required, Microsoft Project desirable Personal characteristics: Organized, good communicator, team player.

Marketing Intern

Job Description: Support branding and positioning of Incubator as South India’s best equipped facility for electronics startups. Help Marketing Officer in business development and creating ecosystem. Specific tasks: Support creation of collateral materials including videos. Help run website and social media presence. Make Incubator presence felt at trade shows and conferences. Organize exhibitions and events like hackathons. Help get media(print, radio etc) exposure for the incubator.

Qualifications: Required a first class Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma. MBA/PGDM (Marketing) will be a plus. Technology or marketing experience desired Personal characteristics: Excellent communication skills, ability to create messaging.

Technical Intern

Job Description: Assist in all technology related matters at the Incubator. Support Technical Officer in delivering core services and planning for development. Specific tasks: Support incubatees in technical issues. Support hackathon and other events. Assist in creating business plan competitions and challenges. Help manage equipment.

Qualifications: Required a first class Bachelors’ Degree or Diploma in Electronics. Familiarity with eCAD, product development desired. Personal characteristics: Guide incubates on technical grounds

Business Development Intern

Job Description: Assist the incubator in business development and marketing activities Specific tasks: Support incubatees in business development tasks. Manage digital and social media marketing. Analyze business situations and feasibility of projects , Business Plan creation and evaluation.

Qualifications: Degree / Diploma Bachelors or currently pursuing Bachelors. Personal characteristics: Good Communication Skills, Analytical capabilities, Basic knowledge in Finance preferred.
