IIM Ahmedabad is looking for an Assistant General Manager 

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Information Technology and Computer Science.  SAP certified (by SAP AG Germany and not by any local institute) in any of the above SAP modules with the knowledge of ABAP.

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP with at least five years in a project management role.
Should have worked on a minimum of two end-to-end SAP implementations projects, and three SAP support projects and have handled at least two SAP projects in a project management role.
Should have experience in functional design, functional specifications, and technical specifications roles.
Strong Quantitative, Analytical, and Communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams.
Project Management Certification – PMP/PRINCE 2 is preferred.

Experience in consulting background in providing technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role will be considered advantageous.

Age: Maximum 40 years as of the last date of application. The institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules. Additional 5 years of age relaxation is given to women candidates.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered the appointment on Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required. Based on the experience and qualifications, the selected candidate will be placed either in Pay Level 10 or Pay Level 11 under the pay matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission. Besides the salary as per the 7th CPC, the Institute offers other benefits which are at par with the permanent employees.
