Job Description
Required Research Associate for Metamorphosis: A Journal of Management Research
Number of Positions: One (01)
Responsibilities: Act as an editorial coordinator, and manage day-to-day administrative
assignments with the editorial board on regular basis and assist in the smooth operations
(compilations, publication, and subscriptions) of Metamorphosis, an IIML academic
journal.
Qualification for Research Associate: Minimum Post graduate with at least 60% marks with a minimum of three years of relevant research/ project experience or M. Phil with minimum 60% marks or a Ph.D.
Desirable skill sets Good written and oral communication skills in English. Well-versed with MS Office software (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook/ Outlook Express) and Internet Savvy.
Duration of Appointment: Initially for a term of twelve months. The term can be extended as per the requirements.
Consolidated Salary: Research Associate: Min Rs. 26,500 – 35,000 (Depending upon experience and qualification)
