3. Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech/ Post Graduation with some management research exposure for Resean:h Assistant. Post Graduation with a minimum of three years relevant research/ project/ teaching experience or M .Phil./M.Tech for the position of Research Associate. Proficiency in understanding and working with computers, especially MS Office tools, This job requires extensive usage of internet and website-related tools. Though prior experience is not a prerequisite, willingness to learn these tools is essential.

4. Duration of Appointment: Initially 3 months (extendable further subject to budget availability). The appointment will begin in April 2022. Appointments shall be purely contractual associated with the above consulting. project.

5. Consolidated Salary Rs.15,000/- to Rs 22,000/- per 111011th for Research Assistant and Rs.22,000/- to Rs 29,500 per month for Research Associate, depending on educational qualification, management research exposure, and professional experience. No other allowances or benefits are admissible.

6. Job Description: The candidate is expected to assist the consulting team in background research, data collection and analysis, writing periodic reports, development & administration of questionnaires and other research instruments. He/ She will also carry out other related consulting support activities such as liaison with Govt marketplace officials tör designing and conducting focused group.. discussions with their stakeholders.
