Essential Qualifications & Experience: This is a leadership position involving effective management of a team, with initiative & independence, to achieve desired results PhD with minimum 8 years relevant experience OR MBA/ MTech or equivalent degree with minimum 12 years relevant experience OR Applicant should have sufficient experience in managing large activities/centres/projects at higher/middle level managerial/scientific/academic positions (to be drawn up as per the specific requirement of project) The candidate is expected to be experienced in product development and marketing.The candidate is expected to have minimum 12 years of experience in the engineering/ technology sector /working with Security Agencies.Candidates with profiles that satisfy one or more of the following will be preferred. 1. Experience in leading successful start-ups

2. Experice with commercialzation of technologies 3. Several years of experience in defining and managing industry-R&D centers collaborations/ interactions or industry-academia for R&D support of successful products 4. 12-15 years experience in Security Agencies 5. Several years of continuous leadership in a single company enabling generating revenue and taking it to the next level in the Cyber physical sector, for example, hardware products. 6. Several years of leadership experience in bringing effective people to the company who together have succeeded in taking the company to the next level. 7. Growth profile in the career with impact at every stage will be preferred.

Pay Details: Consolidated Salary Rs.160000 p.m.
