Scientific Officer (AIOT) [Post Code - 4903]/1 Post
Age: 40 Years
Essential Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or Physics or equivalent. OR
2. M. Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or equivalent with 03 years of relevant experience. OR 3. M. Sc./ B. Tech degree in Physics or Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or equivalent with 04 years relevant experience.
Desirable Qualifications 1. Experience in handling advanced scientific processes and characterization equipment & systems, related to semiconductor devices/ sensors/ etc.
2. Knowledge of semiconductor devices/ sensors and systems.
