Qualifications: JRF :
1. B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering with valid GATE score,
2. The candidates should have good academic track record with all through first class in B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. degrees.
3. The Master Degree should be in Power Electronics or Machine Drive specialization. SRF : Qualification prescribed for JRF with 2 years of Research Experience. Monthly compensation Rs. 31,000/- pm for JRF and Rs. 35,000/- pm for SRF.
Relevant Experience:
1. The candidates should have sound Knowledge on the design of power electronic converters (10 kVA or more) for grid-tied applications.
2. Hands-on experience on multi-layer PCB design using through-hole and surface-mount components will get preference.
3. Knowledge on microcontroller programming (e.g. DSP TMS320F28379D/TMS320F28335) to implement the control algorithms is expected. Upper age limit is Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and female applicant.
Age Limit (Year): 28 years for JRF and 32 years for SRF.
