Department/School/Centre: Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
Qualifications: B.Tech or equivalent degree with CGPA = 7.5 (70% aggregate marks) in Metallurgical & Materials Engg, Ceramics Engg, Materials Engg, or Materials Science & Engg as well as M. Tech or equivalent degree with CGPA = 7.5 (70% aggregate marks) in Metallurgical & Materials Engg, Materials Engg or Materials Science & Engg. The candidate should have scored a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Class X and XII. Additionally, the candidate must have at least two years research (in academic or R&D organization) or industry experience after completing M.Tech.
Relevant Experience: Research experience and publications in the area of ceramics. Upper age limit is 32 years. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and Female applicant.
