4. Qualifications for the post: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in any of the following specializations and evidence of the ability to pursue independent high quality research.

5. Specialization: Strategic Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management.

6. Experience for the post of Dean: At least 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which 5 years should be at the level of Professor. The candidate should have long Administrative responsibility including the post of Head/CEO or corporate sector. Professors from academia, with may also apply. OR / Academic experiences and should have held positions of equivalent position in a reputed industry/organization in the adequate experience in top positions in the corporate sector.

Age Limit:

Preferably below 60 years
