Qualification : A minimum of 3 years of post Ph.D. teaching / research / industrial experience. Eligible candidates with less experience may be put on Tenure Track positions as Assistant Professor (on contract) which may be regularized subsequently on completion of minimum experience requirement and satisfactory performance in teaching and research during the period of contract appointment at IIT Ropar on the recommendations of an Assessment Committee
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100
