Minimum Qualification : Candidate should have Master degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Public Relations or similar specializations from a recognized university and minimum three years relevant experience in a National Daily newspaper or Television channel or publicity organization of government or public undertaking or university. 

Desirable Qualification: - 
 a) Experience in Editing/ Publishing house journals/ Newsletters. b) Experience in independent reporting/ preparing press release of seminars/ symposia/ conference of academic/ Research Institutions. c) Working knowledge of Newspapers / Magazines. d) Experience of Office Management. e) Working knowledge in Computer preferably Desktop Publishing. f) Knowledge of Modern Methods of Mass Communication. Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be not less than 30 years and should not be more than 50 years. (The age can be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates). Selection Procedure: - Selection of the candidates applying for this position will be on the basis of Interview.

Pay: - Upto Rs. 50,000/- for exceptionally good and deserving candidates
