Job Description
Sthyra is looking for a talented and creative Illustrator to create original illustrations, visual concepts, characters, graphics, and artwork for digital campaigns, branding, social media, marketing materials, and other creative requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic style, excellent visual storytelling abilities, and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging illustrations.

Core Responsibilities:Create original illustrations and artwork for digital, social media, marketing, and branding requirements.
Develop illustrations based on creative briefs, concepts, and campaign requirements.
Create characters, scenes, icons, visual elements, assets, and custom artwork as required.
Develop illustrations for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Translate abstract ideas and written concepts into visually engaging artwork.
Develop different illustration styles based on brand requirements and creative direction.
Create storyboards, visual concepts, and rough sketches when required.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams.
Adapt illustrations into different formats and dimensions for various digital platforms.
Maintain consistency with Sthyra's visual identity and creative direction.
Make revisions based on feedback and creative requirements.
Organize and maintain illustration assets, source files, and design resources.
Stay updated with emerging illustration styles, visual trends, digital art techniques, and creative technologies.
Explore AI-assisted illustration and creative tools to improve ideation and workflow.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of professional experience as an Illustrator or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating original illustration and visual storytelling work.
Experience creating illustrations for digital platforms and marketing materials.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Working knowledge of Procreate, Figma, or other digital illustration tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of drawing, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of vector and raster illustration techniques.
Ability to prepare artwork for digital and print formats.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
Strong artistic and creative ability.
Excellent visual storytelling skills.

Ability to understand and interpret creative briefs.
Ability to develop unique visual concepts.
