Job Description
1. Manage image requests and projects as well as an integral support to the design & art team
2. Understand the project requirements and ensure that the most appropriate images are provided in terms of quality & editorial content
3. Ensure that image uses are legally compliant and all necessary rights (including secondary rights) are cleared in a timely manner
4. Keep track of image requests on each project, look into the possibility of sourcing images directly from institutions such as museums, press offices, etc.
5. Communicate with the design team on a regular basis
6. Keep up to date with new sources and collections

1. Graduate/Post-graduate from recognized institution/university, preferably in fields related to fine arts, photography, and graphic design
2. Relevant experience in related fields
3. Strong research skills and a good understanding of Design and Editorial requirements
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Ability to multi-task and handle allocated projects
6. A meticulous eye for detail
7. Ability to work efficiently and harmoniously with other members of the team
8. Ability to liaise well with picture agencies, individual photographers institutes, with the aim of sourcing material
9. Problem-solving and analysis ability
