A BPO Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and promote products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound & Outbound Calling
- Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries or complaints.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, or generate sales.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
2. Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Assist customers with billing, technical support, orders, and account-related issues.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
3. Sales & Lead Generation (For Outbound Process)
- Promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Convert leads into sales by explaining benefits and offers.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential customers to close deals.
4. Data Entry & CRM Management
- Update and maintain customer details in the company database.
- Log call details, feedback, and outcomes for future reference.
- Generate daily reports on call performance and resolutions.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Follow company policies and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adhere to data security, confidentiality, and customer service guidelines.
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
