Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Trainer (Freelance or Full-Time) to deliver high-quality training sessions in one or more technology domains. The trainer will be responsible for developing curriculum, conducting engaging training sessions, assessing learners, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Whether delivering sessions to college students, working professionals, or corporate teams, the trainer must be passionate about knowledge sharing and confident in explaining complex technical concepts with clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:

Conduct instructor-led training sessions (online or classroom) in your area of technical expertise.

Deliver courses in a structured, interactive, and engaging manner using presentations, code demonstrations, labs, and case studies.

Adjust content delivery based on the learner’s profile (beginner, intermediate, advanced).

Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and clarity during all sessions.
Curriculum Development:

Design and update training content, lesson plans, exercises, assignments, and assessments as per industry standards.

Create supporting material such as cheat sheets, FAQs, code samples, and practical guides.

Customize content based on client or participant requirements if needed.
Learner Engagement & Evaluation:

Address learner queries, provide one-on-one support where needed, and encourage questions and discussions.

Track learner progress through tests, projects, or quizzes.

Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement to help learners build confidence.
Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain attendance, feedback, and assessment records.

Coordinate with training coordinators, clients, or internal teams for scheduling and logistics.

Provide feedback on the training program and suggest areas for improvement.
