- Advise clients on the visa application process, including required documentation, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
- Assess client profiles to determine the most suitable visa category and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and changes that may affect client applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (embassies, consulates, etc.) to expedite the visa process when necessary
