Detailed Job Description

• Validating the documents and uploading in the portal
  
• Co-ordinate with team lead to provide status update
  
• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with employees within the internal database
  
• Writing support letters & filling US work permit forms
  

• Receipt of documents from employees as per checklist
  
• Validate the documents both quality and quantity and revert to employee on observations
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on clarification related to H-1B process
  
• Update report on daily basis
  

• Good oral & written communication
  
• Team player (aptitude & attitude)
  
• Handling/manage the pressure situation
  
• Ensuring the tasks assigned to be completed on daily/weekly/monthly basis
  
• Basic MS office skills - Update report on daily basis in MS excel.
