Job Description

Impact Evaluation Intern
Duration: 6 - 11months (Semester break only for 2-3 months)

Qualifications:- A degree (in progress or recently completed) in International Development, General Studies, Developmental studies, or any related field to Social Sciences.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Writing reports and monitoring the project implementation.

- Willingness to work in remote locations and travel as and when required- Strong attention to detail- Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills
Job Description:-

-Assist in implementation research and impact & economic evaluation as required.

- Ability to make strategic decisions in order to maximize program impact.

- Conduct studies and impact assessment for programmes run by WE HUB and suggest insightful recommendations for improvement.

- Hands-on support WE HUB projects in data monitoring and documenting the key implementation process, challenges and mitigation plan of the project in consultation with the implementing partner and WE HUB team.

- Undertake needs assessment to understand the community and suggest new programs and collaborations for intervention- Utilizing the range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

- Analyze prevalent government schemes, CSR Funding in the region, and suggest ways for possible linkages.

- Conduct background and supporting research and building frameworks for upcoming programmes

- Assist with data management, including cleaning and analyzing data

- Develop case studies and success stories and other documents to demonstrate project impact
