The job holder is expected to provide support and maintenance to the CUSTOMER 24 X 7 support
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, QoS)
The configuration of routing and switching equipment
Wifi Surveys
Wifi staging of WLC and APs
Wifi deployment
Working with onsite Contractors to troubleshoot Wifi issues.
WLC Configurations and IOS changes.
Skillset has to include Cisco Prime for configuration pushes and management of up to 2300 WAPS Cisco and Non-Cisco.
Configure new switches on their own
Troubleshooting LAN issues
Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g: routers, switches, Access Points).
Checking the HLD and fixing the design
Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide-area environments, using information from multiple sources
Proven hands-on network engineering experience
