Job Description
Designation - Implementation Engineer
- Project management of LMS implementations
- Learning management system (LMS) configuration
- Handle client objections
- Interact with clients and map their requirements to available features and functionalities of the application
- Raise development requests with the development team as required
- Provide weekly status to all stakeholders
- Ensure successful go live and post go-live support for assigned set of clients
