Position Title: Implementation Engineer - Payroll for Middle East

Overall Experience: 2 - 4 yrs
Skills and Competencies :
- At least 2+ years experience in implementing HR / Payroll software or At least 2+ years experience in processing Payroll for clients in an outsourced or BPO environment
- High degree of familiarity with Indian HR & Payroll processes and compliance
- Domain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliance will be a very big advantage
- Understanding of the Software product implementation life cycle will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent skills on effective telephone and email communication
- Apart from English, familiarity in either Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage
- Highly Customer Focused with ability to listen and engage customers to achieve desired outcomes
- High degree of patience
- Good problem solving skills
Education and Technical Proficiency :
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, BCA or an MCA
- MS Excel skills
