- Basic Computer Hardware knowledge, troubleshooting, good communication skill in writing (English) and speaking (Hindi and English), willing to work in shifts, good grasping power, and a quick learner
- Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
- Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
- Goal achievers & positive thinking.
Preferred skills:
- Dynamic, self-motivated professional willing to perform in challenging environment with good communication and interpersonal skills
- The executive should have good grasping power & project management related competencies & willing to work on field.
- Insert and update data on a frequent basis. & Proofread data for accuracy
- Retrieve and review data from clients or higher authorities
- Conduct training for clients about product
