Job Description
- Implementation Consultant is a post-sales position that focuses on customers and implementing Sukraa Heath Care Solution purchased by that customer.
- The Implementation Consultant will generally be involved in installing, configuring, and overseeing the implementation of Sukraa Health Care products at customers sites.
- This includes installation of products on customer hardware; configuration and development of programs, tasks and guidelines, to fully implement a Sukraa HealthCare solution based upon a customer specific needs.
- The Implementation Consultant will be the primary customer Services technical resource and will interface with the customer technical resources. Duties can range from delivering product training to new customer specific requirements, development and deployment.
- The role involves client coordination and communication as well as a high technical understanding of Sukraa HealthCare solutions as well as the transactions that flow through this position.
- Implement Healthcare IT Solutions.
- Train users on healthcare IT solution and industry best practices.
- Understand requirement of the customer and provide service according.
- Management reporting on project progress, issues & achievements.
- Document the Implementation.
