Job Description
Network Infrastructure (Network troubleshooting and solutions). Good understanding of Ericsson Core and RAN nodes Features like STM configuration, B number routing analysis and plan preparation, Handling Customer complaints & to resolved the issues Coordinated and follow-up with Multiple teams for end to end resolution, Supporting for Core and RAN issues(KPI Dip improving) analysis and involving the in complete solution. Analyse and resolve complex Customer issues (end user). Basic Knowledge in Networking (Router/ Switch/ cabling) configuration. Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
