Job Description
Operations and maintenance of Mobile Packet Back Bone Network infrastructure (MPBN) & Packet core of multiple DC locations on 24/7/365 basis. • Perform hands-on hardware and software break-fix with servers and network appliances including routers and switches. • Support lifecycle management of vast array of data center compute, storage, and network equipment. • Collaborate with vendors in telecom cloud network implementation, SDN (software defined networking). Also, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Network and Telecom Cloud infrastructure. • Co-ordinate both scheduled and unscheduled troubleshooting support, monitoring network using different Tools. • KPI (Key Performance Indicator) monitoring Technical Experience in Packet core nodes. • Expert in Raising a Change Request (CRQ) in an ITSM Tools. • IOS Upgrades: Perform IOS upgrades to ensure routers meet required features and compatibility.
