Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain IMS core network elements to ensure high network availability.
Install, configure, integrate, and commission IMS network components.
Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for IMS-related issues.
Support VoLTE, VoWiFi, SIP, and multimedia service deployment and optimization.
Monitor alarms, KPIs, and performance metrics using network management tools.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and software upgrades.
Execute planned maintenance activities and change requests (CRs).
Conduct health checks and capacity planning for IMS infrastructure.
Analyze call flows, signaling traces, and network logs to resolve service issues.
Prepare technical documentation, network reports, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with telecom standards, SLAs, and security policies.
Participate in network expansion, migration, and modernization projects.
Provide technical support during major incidents and emergency restoration activities.
