Job Description
Monitor IMS network elements, alarms, and service performance.
Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting of IMS-related faults and incidents.
Analyze SIP signaling, call flows, traces, logs, and alarms.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
Support IMS integration, configuration, commissioning, and testing activities.
Handle IMS service issues related to registration, call setup, call drop, and supplementary services.
Support VoLTE and VoWiFi services and troubleshoot end-to-end call flows.
Coordinate with IP, RAN, EPC/5GC, Transmission, NOC, and other teams for issue resolution.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for complex technical issues and resolution.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Execute Change Requests (CRs), software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Monitor network KPIs and performance parameters and take corrective actions.
