Job Description
Monitor and maintain IMS core network elements to ensure service availability.
Perform fault management, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot IMS network issues related to SIP signaling, registration, call setup, and media services.
Configure, integrate, and commission IMS network elements.
Support VoLTE, VoWiFi, and other IMS-based services.
Monitor network performance and implement optimization measures.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for issue resolution and software upgrades.
Execute planned maintenance activities and change requests (CRs).
Analyze alarms, logs, and performance reports to identify potential issues.
Prepare technical reports, network documentation, and operational procedures.
Participate in network expansion, migration, and modernization projects.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational standards, and security policies.
