Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Counselling Students the entire sales cycle: Prospecting, Counselling & closing

Provide market intelligence and information for enhancing customer experiences and cataloguing titles

Share information on various resources for UPSC preparation, application process, and deadline on a proactive basis where applicable

Ensure student/parent satisfaction, sorting out their queries and leading them accordingly.

Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective customers

Clarifying doubts related to the preparation for the civil services or related exams
