Job Description
- Manage daily store activities:
- Cleanliness of retail counter, Stock
availability, Display Merchandise.
- Attend walk-in customers to explain
about HealthSutra Products
- Effective selling
- Customer's Queries, requests,
complaints are addressed
- Up-selling of products
- Read and comprehend product brochures
and other information about the company and products.
- Fluently speak and comprehend English
and/or the regional language.
- Gauge customer's communication style
and respond appropriately.
- Clearly communicate with peers/
seniors about tasks at the store.
- Confirm with all policies, procedures
and reporting processes laid by the company.
- Provide product samples, coupons,
informational brochures
- Sell products being promoted, and
keep records of sales.
