Position: In-Store Demonstrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Kenstar products to customers.

• Execute effective sales techniques.

• Maintain product displays as per planogram.

• Update on competition and deploy marketing collaterals.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through client service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or pursuing graduate/graduate pursuing PG.

• Proficiency in regional languages.

• Age limit up to 35 years.

Remuneration:

• Up to INR 18,000 per month

• Incentives based on target achievement

Work Schedule:

• General store hours, 1 day off per week (any weekday)

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Energetic and positive attitude.

• Previous experience in sales is advantageous.
