Job Responsibilities:-

Customer interactions to be duly updated in system for audit trail and reference to future interactions
Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks
Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
Enhancing customer wallet size
Profiling Customer to increase wallet share Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make the primary relationship
Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations team
Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TATs
- Attending the calls of the existing customers and resolving their queries on the calls
- Guiding them with net banking services
- Registering the complaints of the customers
