Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Voice Process team at CHN Technologies.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve basic queries or escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Maintain call records and follow-up as required
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Both are mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle calls patiently and efficiently
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
