Job Description
We are hiring Inbound Customer Service Executive at Upstox IB. This is a pure customer service role with no sales or targets. As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues with empathy, and maintain detailed customer records. You’ll collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications: Minimum HSC (12th pass). Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an advantage. Strong English communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
Compensation: CTC ₹18,836/month; In-hand ₹16,258/month.
Interview: Single operational round.
