Job Opening: Inbound Customer Service – Metropolis (Healthcare) & UPSTOX (Stockbroking IB)
We are urgently hiring for pure customer service roles – No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure. Handle inbound calls, assist customers with queries, bookings, or support requests, and ensure professional, empathetic service.
Eligibility: HSC (12th Pass) | Age 18–35 | Gender: All | Good English mandatory. Freshers welcome, experienced preferred.
Locations: Metropolis – Mumbai | UPSTOX – Thane (Highstreet).
Shifts:

Metropolis: Rotational day shifts (7 AM–11 PM), 6 days working, 1 rotational off.

UPSTOX: Fixed 8 AM–5 PM, 6 days working, 1 off.
Salary:

UPSTOX: ₹18,836 CTC (₹16,258 In-hand)

Metropolis: ₹16,000 In-hand (Freshers) | ₹17,000 (Experienced)
