Inbound Customer Support

Primary Role:-

• Providing voice support to incoming calls
• On average will be receiving 150-175 calls in a day.

Requirement:-

• Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. 
• Any Bachelor’s Degree or must be a Graduate (Candidates pursuing Graduation are not eligible).

Salary: INR 15000 to 21000 in hand per month i.e. CTC: 1.80 LPA to 2.52 LPA (Non-Negotiable). Performance Incentive of INR 5000 per month on achievement of Call Targets.

Selection Procedure:-

• Round 1-Telephonic Round with the Recruiter, the candidate will be evaluated on Language proficiency.
• Round 2-Face to Face Round at the company’s office. Could be 2 rounds also with one round on communication skills by giving a situation.
• Round 3- Telephonic Round with HR on salary, joining etc.

Working Hours- 9 to 5 (Monday to Friday)
