Inbound / Outbound Customer Support.

• They would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information.
• They would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.
• They would try to meet the objective on the same call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, collection, sale, appointment, retention, etc.
• They would tag all details of the call the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback.
