Job Description
We have huge requirement of callers in tech support
Inbound voice process
- Post- Tech Support executive
- Shift- Morning/ Night
- Working- 6 days/ one rotational off
- Must have dialed in International Outbound or Inbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers and laptops router printers and close calls and take payments from the customers.
- Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
- Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account +Huge Incentives.
- 24 leaves in a year +comp offs + b'day leaves Daily/Monthly Incentives
- Spot Incentives+ weekly incentives + Monthly incentives.
- Note- Freshers do not apply
- Only Candidates experienced in Tech Support Are eligible
