Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a well-spoken and customer-focused Inbound Tele caller to join our real estate company’s front-line communication team. The successful candidate will handle incoming calls from clients and property seekers, respond to inquiries, provide information about available real estate projects, and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.

This is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact for potential buyers or investors calling the company. You will play a key role in providing a professional impression, understanding customer needs, and ensuring that every inquiry is followed through effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Inbound Calls

  • Attend and respond to incoming calls from leads generated via online portals, advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • Listen to customer queries regarding property listings, project details, locations, pricing, documentation, and amenities.

  • Offer accurate and detailed information about residential and/or commercial properties based on the caller’s preferences.

2. Customer Query Management

  • Understand the customer’s property requirements (budget, location, type, investment purpose, etc.).

  • Provide project suggestions that match their needs and explain features, benefits, and USPs clearly.

  • Address any initial doubts or objections and build trust through professional and courteous communication.

3. Lead Qualification

  • Assess whether incoming leads are potential buyers, investors, or general inquiries.

  • Record customer data, preferences, and call outcomes in the CRM or lead management system.

  • Tag and qualify leads based on interest level (hot, warm, cold) and urgency.

4. Appointment Scheduling

  • Coordinate with the sales team to book site visits, online meetings, or consultation calls for interested customers.

  • Confirm appointments and ensure timely follow-up reminders are sent to both the client and the sales representative.

  • Reschedule or cancel appointments based on client feedback or availability.

5. Follow-Up and Feedback

  • Conduct follow-up calls for previously interested leads to check their status and nurture engagement.

  • Share feedback with the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and recurring customer questions.

  • Help in maintaining a positive brand image by ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.

6. Documentation & CRM

  • Maintain accurate call logs, feedback notes, appointment records, and follow-up status in CRM tools.

  • Generate daily or weekly reports on call volume, appointment conversions, and inquiries handled.

  • Ensure all internal documentation is complete, consistent, and updated.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or regional language.

  • Clear voice, polite tone, and customer-friendly approach

  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage

  • Familiarity with using computers, CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
