Position - 2
Attend inbound call's from the client- understand the client requirement and book a cab through internal/in-house vendors- handling escalation- handling queries related to service issues
Responsibility:- Maximizing the business call- customer timely services and response as per TAT
Office timing 10AM to 6PM; office work 6 days a week
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Whether it’s resolving complaints, processing orders, or guiding customers through product or service details, the Inbound Telecaller serves as the first point of contact and represents the voice of the organization.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, or other regional languages (as per business need).

Listening Skills: Ability to actively listen and understand customer issues.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and the ability to provide effective solutions.

Typing & Data Entry: Basic computer literacy with accurate and fast data entry skills.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Patience and Empathy: Remain calm and courteous even with difficult callers.
